This 80-unit Senior community is the sister project to Journet Place Senior Apartments and offers many of the same amenities but with a more adjacent services including the County Aquatic center with direct access from the property.
Grove Park
Kingsland, Georgia (Completed 2021).
This 80-unit garden style apartment community was financed with a combination of CDBG-Disaster Relief Funds financed through the Georgia Department of Community Affairs and US Bank.
Millwood Place
Clarksville, Arkansas (Completed 2016).
This development includes 3 buildings with 16, 3-bedroom garden style apartments. Additionally, there is a commons building that houses an exercise facility, community room with kitchenette, laundry and library/computer room.
Residences at Westbrook
Battle Creek, Michigan (Completed 2008).
This is the sister project the Westbrook Senior Apartments. A seven story 1970’s architecturally obsolete hospital addition to the original Hospital we renovated was demolished to make way for the 48-unit family project. The project consists of six two story buildings located next the school districts athletic fields and services.
West Helena
West Helena, Arkansas (Completed 2016).
This project is the sister to Millwood Place Apartments. Both projects were built at the same time but on the opposite end of the State. As with Millwood the 3-bedroom units are spacious and very desirable in their markets.

This project included the development of the entire subdivision roads and utility infrastructure to service the 34 homes that ranged in size from 1200-1400 square feet.

Our Development team worked with the City of Saginaw, MSHDA, and Covenant Hospital to bring this affordable housing for seniors to an area that desperately needed it. Senior residents now have 35 units adjacent to the hospital that provides valuable services at the property.

Hinesville, Georgia (Completed 2016).
This 72-unit project is nestled in a wooded residential community features 4 garden style buildings and a clubhouse that provides services and amenities to the residents.

This 64-unit Garden style project includes 3 buildings and a Clubhouse/office. The project was completed early and 100% leased in 60 days.
